Hello, I'm Rose
My name is Rose Coombes, and I have over 10 years of experience in Mental Health and Children’s Services. I am currently in my final year of a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at Buckinghamshire New University and am completing my placement within Achieving for Children for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
I feel privileged to hear each and every one of my clients' stories and am honoured to have them share with me. Every person and their experiences are different, which guides individual therapy and helps us to achieve the goals we set together. Sessions are specially tailored to each client, and I do my best to support them through painful or difficult feelings.
I am passionate about raising awareness for mental health, and take pride in being a Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Through educating professionals about mental health, I believe I am contributing to a less stigmatising society.
